Prior to moving into lapidary work I focused on creating custom chocolate for weddings, parties, and holidays. While no longer my primary focus, I still I still offer custom chocolate orders under the Life Enthusiasm Chocolate label on a limited basis. About Life Enthusiasm Chocolate

Started in 2003, the goal of Life Enthusiasm Chocolate is to provide chocolate customized specifically for each event in both taste and shape. I only use the highest grade materials including organic specialty spices, natural distilled fruit oils, and pure Belgian chocolate.

While each batch is customized by type of chocolate, spices, added items (such as nuts or dried fruits), molding, and packaging, I do have many customers that stick with my signature flavors. The signature flavors include: 

- Nirvana:  Cardamom and Grapefruit 65% Dark

- Lion's Paw: Mace and Lemon 65% Dark

- Redhead's Carress: Ancho, Thai Chili, Sumac 74% Dark

- Siren's Kiss: Macha, Lavender, Orange Milk Chocolate
